Every Dragon 99 member is required to comply with the following rules regarding registration and account management:

• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at Dragon 99. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in account closure.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Dragon 99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• KYC Verification: Dragon 99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) — including a copy of the Malaysian identity card (MyKad), utility bill, or bank statement — at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Dragon 99 reserves the right to decline, suspend, or close any account suspected of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, without being obliged to provide reasons to the member concerned.

Dragon 99 supports a wide range of popular and widely used payment methods in Malaysia for the convenience of our members:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. Dragon 99 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Dragon 99 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, payment providers may impose their own fees.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity or fraud will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Dragon 99 offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions to our members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated with each offer, as well as the following general terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All Dragon 99 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The bonus amount received must be wagered the specified number of times (typically between 5x and 20x) before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Validity Period: Each bonus has its own validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements that expire within the stipulated timeframe will be automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus Per Household: Members residing at the same address (same IP) or sharing a payment method are considered a single household and are eligible for one (1) welcome bonus only.
• Non-Transferable Bonus: All bonuses are for the personal use of the member only and may not be transferred to another member.
• Right of Cancellation: Dragon 99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or a breach of terms is suspected.

This section outlines the general rules applicable to all sports bets placed at Dragon 99, including pre-match and in-play betting:

• Finality of Results: The outcome of all bets placed at Dragon 99 is final, based on the official results announced by the relevant governing body (FIFA, BWF, ATP, WTA, NBA, and others). Dragon 99 is not responsible for any errors or discrepancies in third-party results reporting.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, Dragon 99 reserves the right to declare the bet Void and return the funds to the player in accordance with the applicable policy.
• In-Play Betting: All in-play bets are final once confirmed by the Dragon 99 system. No cancellations or modifications are permitted after a bet has been confirmed.
• Betting Limits: Dragon 99 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each event. These limits may vary depending on the sport, league, and market selected.
• Odds Errors: If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, Dragon 99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to the players.

The following rules apply to all casino games, slots, and Live Casino games at Dragon 99:

• Game Fairness: All casino games and slots at Dragon 99 use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure complete fairness and randomness. The outcome of each round is independent and is not influenced by previous rounds.
• Live Casino Games: For Live Casino games with a human croupier, match video records are retained for a minimum of 30 days. In the event of a dispute, Dragon 99 will review the video records to determine the accurate outcome.
• Technical Disruption: If a game is interrupted due to technical issues (internet disconnection, server disruption, etc.), Dragon 99 will process payouts based on the results recorded in our server database, not what was displayed on the player's screen.
• Game Limits: Dragon 99 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for each game type and casino table.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Dragon 99 and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Using automation software, bots, or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits at Dragon 99 (money laundering).
• Placing arbitrage or hedging bets intended to exploit odds differences across markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving rudely towards Dragon 99 staff or other members through our communication platforms.
• Sharing your Dragon 99 account with another individual without written authorisation from Dragon 99.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the Dragon 99 platform.

Dragon 99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Dragon 99 Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., under 18 years of age).
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion purposes.
• Confirmed instances of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal activity.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Dragon 99 account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be refunded upon completion of the required audit and verification process.

Dragon 99's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days preceding the claim.
